  • Payment Details: Payment method, billing information (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full credit card details).

  • Verification Information (Scrubs & Dubers): Identity documents, selfies, driver’s license, proof of insurance, and laundry equipment details.

Communication: Customer support inquiries, feedback, reviews, and chat messages with Scrubs/Dubers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app usage statistics, and crash reports.

  • Location Data:

    • For Buds: Delivery and pickup addresses.

    • For Dubers: Real-time GPS location while completing pickups and deliveries (for tracking and route optimization).

  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Session cookies, analytics cookies, and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Identity Verification: Data from Stripe Identity for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

  • Background Checks: Results from Checkr or similar providers (for Dubers, where applicable).

  • Payment Processing: Stripe for transactions and payouts.

  • Deliver Services: Schedule pickups, assign Scrubs, track Dubers, and complete deliveries.
